Easy enough for photos.  Mount the phone onto your pc using the usb cable.  Drag n drop or copy and paste.  I found out videos were a little more difficult.  SF only plays mp4 files.  Here's a link on how to do it:  http://www.knowyourcell.com/samsung/samsung-fascinate/fascinate-guides/543572/how_to_convert_videos_...

After a few times of screwing it up, I finally was able to get a movie on there.  Handbrake worked just fine, and it's free.  The DVD to file option didn't work for me, so I ended up using DVD-Cloner to transfer the DVD to file, then handbrake to convert.  Copy and paste to the SD card - worked like a champ and video looks great!

Hope that helps!

Just reverse the process, instead of dragging items from your sd card to your PC, just create a media and drag items from your computer to the phone's sd card.
