I've gone to Usage Overview, Bills and many other pages in the website, but cannot find anything saying "download to spreadsheet" like Verizon used to have. It is soooo frustrating to have to hassle with this every single month. I need this data for my business. Is there anyone in the world who knows how to accomplish this task without converting the .pdf bill? PLEASE.
This has been a pet peeve of mine for literally 10 years because Verizon CONSTANTLY changes the way to accomplish this task each time it updates its website (which, from what I can tell has been monthly.) My business updates its procedure manual every month for the sole purpose of telling people how to download our call logs. If Verizon cared one bit about its customers, they would make ONE easy way to do this and STOP CHANGING how it is done every frickin' month!!!!!

If you want to download your call logs to a Spreadsheet, Go to Verizon's official website and log in to your account.
- In main menu click on "Usage".
- Then tap on "View Usage Details".
- Select the date range for the call logs.
- Tap on Download and select the spreadsheet format.
If you don't find the spreadsheet format on your screen then download the file whichever format they provide and later on convert your file into the spreadsheet format.
