After waking this morning, I turned on screen rotation to watch a video. When the video was finished, I turned off screen rotation, but the screen continued to rotate. I searched online for help, tried turning rotation on and off again, checked settings and tried turning it on and off there, restarted the phone, tried turning it on and off again, but all to no avail. How do I get the screen to stop rotating? I want to avoid a factory reset if at all possible.
By the way, I have a Galaxy S7.

nlondrie,
That is definitely odd and we want to make sure your phone is working just as it should. Since this started has there been any damage to the phone or even minor drops? Try placing the device in Safe Mode and see if the screen will rotate. See how to enable Safe Mode here https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-203266/.
