Unable to find any information on how to receive the free earbuds with S10 Preorder. Chat assistant w/Verizon gave me a number to call Samsung, but it was for technical assistance only. They transferred me to someone else but no one ever picked up the call after I waited on hold for about 30 or more minutes. Also checked on the Samsung site with the address the chat assistant gave me, but no information there either. Can anyone help?
