Recently I have had problems with my Samsung phone. I always try to resolve issues using the chat feature, I find this feature very helpful and less stressful. However this feature is impossible to use if your phone is not working. In order to use the chat you need to sign in. In order to sign in a code needs to be sent to your phone. How can a code be sent if your phone is not working? Because I could not get a code, also could not call Verizon, because my phone was not working, I had to drive to the Verizon store. With my last problem, after driving 1/2 hour to the Verizon store where I recently purchased a new phone, the problem was fixed in 5 minutes. Using the chat with this problem would have been much more convenient. An option should be added to get the code via email.
