I got a galaxy nexus from wire fly and it was set up as an Individual line, but on my most recent Verizon family plan bill, this phone is showing up as an individual account BUT the bill is included in my Verizon family plan. Why wasn't this set up to also bill as a separate account if its set up as an individual line? How can I fix this? I want this on a separate bill and NOT linked to my Verizon Family Plan bill
chrisahx, I'm sorry your new line is listed on your current Verizon Wireless plan. This may have been processed in error when it was initially set up. We can remove this line from your current account and put it on a sub-account that bills alone. This can be done at a corporate store or by calling customer service at 1-800-922-0204. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

You might have to work with Wirefly to correct this. That website has additional terms and conditions for purchases. If they messed up the order, then they should be able to fix it.
If Verizon Wireless fixes it and it wasn't coordinated with Wirefly, you could end up owing a second ETF through Wirefly.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
