I have not received my 200 visa gift card promised by sales person on phone

I have not received my 200 gift card nor my 100 discount credit on my bill promised by my sales person. And customer service said they don't see any offers. However all calls are recorded so I am sure they can go back and check. Why is Verizon making it so difficult?? Feels like you have to jump through hoops to get promised discounts
They mention things like 10 off for autopsy yet they "forget" to mention that you must manually turn it on!
You also have to link accounts manually to see internet and mobile accounts in one place as well to receive your discount! It's kind of all over the place making it difficult to navigate.
I would like my promised credit and 200 Visa gift card please.
