So it has been how many months since the 4.3 update that has pretty much ruined or destroyed phones and Verizon and Samsung seem to just walk over this issue as "NO BIG DEAL" but wouldn't a business want to keep customers, keep them happy so they spend more money? I have personally been with Verizon since its inception a decade and a half ago, and yet they tell me nothing is wrong with my phone. The battery drains to near zero in an hour so something is clearly wrong. Does Verizon want my money any more? I have Verizon internet and wireless and tv and phone but who knows, maybe I will just ditch them all. What do you think Verizon, would you like to continue to collect from me being that I am a long time customer? I think you do and if that's the case, figure out how to fix my phone since YOU pushed an update through that was not ready. You Verizon gang know I will be taking others with me if I walk because of your lack of attention to detail. So speak up Verizon, lets hear what you have to say about this.

Verizon absolutely hates their customers, so does Samsung!

Those big mean bullies think they can push an update that doesn't work and ignore complaints to fix it, what a bunch of crooks!

You keep complaining about an update you've complained about many times. Everyone knows it doesn't work and nobody on the forum has answers.

I'm so tired of hearing about this, it's an issue and everyone alreadys knows.

Google the issue, you've got more luck to find answers there.

They probably won't have it fixed for a long while. You might have to revert to.........other methods to get the phone going again. Methods that cannot be discussed on the forum.

Otherwise, just switch providers. All the complaints in the world won't speed up the process.

It's the same as tailgating a car. No matter how close you get to him, it won't speed up the cars in front of him.

I have never been so disrespected. I can't wait for Google or ANYONE else who could provide me service. I would pay double for decent service

Verizon is a total ripoff. Bad service. Hates their customers.

Have you ever called this outfit. It's a worthless waste of time.

I work for CDOT in COlorado. T-Mobile is the best provider on i70. Verizon is NOT.
