I traded in my black samsung s5 for a new Iphone S6 only I have not received the Iphone yet.

I ordered an Iphone S6s and traded in my Samsung S5. Now I am getting messages from Verizon to return my Samsung phone only I have never received my new Iphone yet. I think some one needs to take a look at this and alter the situation because I cannot send back my existing phone until I get another phone to replace it.
