I updated my Note 3 to KitKat 4.4.2, issue with Lock Screen shortcut and menu

I updated my Note 3 to KitKat 4.4.2, The only real issue I've had is that my Lock Screen shortcut options is missing from the settings. Also, I can no longer select the Swipe, Signature, Pattern, and None options for my screen lock. Under each one it says, "Turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage". Please help. Thanks.

Apparently everything in the indicator bar is white, except app notifications......

I found the lock screen setting are in setting -> device ->Lock screen....I removed some stuff when I got my phone and it stayed that way....I DID loose my selected wallpaper and some widgets didn't load, just removed the problem ones by dragging it down to the trash can and re-inserted the widgets on the screen ....and had to set my wallpaper for both lock screen and home.  Hope this helps....as of now, I haven't had any issues.
