I would like to know what services are available for glass repair? Seem that the Gorilla glass isn't so tough. I dropped my phone in the driveway and apparently it hit on the top left corner and broke the glass. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to get the glass repaired?

Sorry to learn of the cracked screen. Let's look into options. Do you have insurance coverage on your device? If so, you may have cracked screen repair services through Asurion. They can be reached at 888-881-2622 or online at http://bit.ly/1SnZrx7.

You can contact Samsung, or see if any local phone repair shops can assist with screen replacement.
It's not a matter of how tough Gorilla Glass is, it's still glass. It has been strengthened and reinforced so it doesn't scratch or crack as easily, but it is still a ceramic and will break when put under the right amount of pressure.

Thanks for the information and I've googled this area and no love for glass repair unless I go to the big city...and it lives in apparently a less than adequate protective case. Even checked with Verizon and the only available option is to use the insurance and replace the phone for $200.00! Sure glad I bought the good insurance!

$200 to replace a $700+ phone doesn't sound too bad.
i've had the clunky, otterbox defender on the old s3, s5 & current note5 & would have nothing else.
i'm in a big city.
