IBM MaaS360 SBM removal A13

I got the new S24FE and unfortunately factory reset my old A13, now I cant get past the IBM MaaS and SBM and load any updates or new apps. Can someone remove the software. The phone was purchased full price and is mine for over 2 years.

Hello RMMD, 


To remove IBM MaaS360 SBM, you must contact the organization's administrator to have them remove the device from their MaaS360 portal. On the device you may need to remove the device administrator or profile from your device settings before you can uninstall the app. This can be done via a factory reset the device through Android's recovery mode.

To perform a factory reset:

  • Turn off the device.
  • Press and hold the power and volume-down buttons at the same time.
  • Use the volume buttons to select recovery mode, then press the power button.
  • Use the volume buttons to choose "Wipe data/factory reset" and press the power button.
  • Important: This will erase all data on the device. Do not restore from a backup after resetting, as this will reinstall the MaaS360 app

This should allow you to download and update new apps.
