IS THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NEXUS THE SAME AS SAMSUNG GALAXY NEXUS i515?
I believe that is my model number for the Nexus I'm using. Granted I'm not going to take back what of the phone off and the battery out at the moment to double check. If that is the phone you are using, then you can find the model number inside the battery compartment.
