Why can't I hear the audio on the internet radio and or my downloads through my headphones, but it is fine without head phones?

What device do you have? Could be the headphones or the phone. Have you tried another set of headphones

i have to samsung facinate.  i have tried other headphones.  Was wondering if it might be the port on the phone itself.

Try doing this...

menu/settings/voice input & output/text to speech settings/driving mode .... If checked, uncheck it and reboot device and it should work now..
