In Store Trade In Not Refecting

I recently bought an s24+ from Verizon and was told with a trade in on my old phone id Owe $275 up front and my bill would be $86,  I was told I need to allow a few business days for this to reflect, my first bill is now $150 and it's making me pay for this phone, im not sure what the issue is as I already paid what was due up front and traded in my phone at the store.
