Inability to make or receive calls

Good day, I'm sure this meet you well. Please, I'm a new subscriber or user and  I have 3-month existing subscription. Since yesterday I couldn't make or receive calls and I received a message to renew my sub while my 3 month subscription is still active. I couldn't call the customer service either. Kindly help to rectify this.

What service plan do you have, and is this a business or personal line?  I have not heard of a 3 month service plan for phone service.

We have the same problem ever since a new cell tower went in near us. I have called for help several times and all I get is it will heal itself. We are now going on 2 weeks without service. Not even able to make calls using WiFi now.

We want to make sure we get you back online as soon as possible. Which services do you have issues with? What zip code are you in? Also, do you find service restores once you are away from your home?
