trying to download an app and it tells me my device is not compatible, I have a galaxy s 4 mini and I want to load my disney experience onto my phone. Any suggestions?

The S4 is becoming a bit of an older device now, but prior to getting a new phone, have you checked under Settings>System Update to see if your software is up to date? I'm not sure the latest updates were released for the S4, again because it's becoming a bit of an antique, but give that a try first.
If that doesn't work, then it might be time to upgrade. I still run the S5 and went ahead and downloaded the app in question without any issue, so even by upgrading 1 model, it should work.
You can find used S5 phones for around $80-$120 on places like www.Swappa.com, or even local Craigslist perhaps.

My husband and I both have the iPhone 8. When trying to down load the nflapp off Verizon's it says his device is not compatible but mine is??

We certainly want you both to be able to enjoy the NFL app. Is this the only app that he has had an issue downloading? Is his software up to date? How is his device on storage?
