I just got a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 this weekend and I am trying to customize it. I am trying to download some ringtones from Verizon Tones through the Verizon Tones app on my phone but I get an error code 267 after confirming the purchase will be billed to my monthly bill. I tried doing my on searches before posting but I couldn't really find anything definitive. Is it that Verizon Tones service is just not compatible with my model of phone or is there something else going on here?
