I updated to Jelly Bean yesterday. Everything has been fine until the past hour. Every time that I try to send a text msg, I keep getting an error message "message not sent" and the red warning triangle. I have rebooted twice, pulled my Sim card, gone to airplane mode and back, checked my mobile data settings, switched to 4g to 3g, and back.... nothing is working. Help.

Getting the latest Operating System is super exciting, but I definitely want you to be able to send text messages!
Thank you for all of the troubleshooting steps you've already taken as they're really important to try first. I would recommend the following steps next:
Reset your Messaging Application:

Boot Into Safe Mode and Test:

If it works then it's an application causing the issue. If it doesn't work I would recommend a Hard Reset:

It seems to be working now. I think that it was more network issues then
anything because it started working again later on into the evening
