No! I can't hear you now! My phone doesn't ring!
Fascinate users, expect missed calls and inability to lock GPS signal - these are KNOWN ISSUES! According to the rep I just spoke too, samsung is working on a new release that addresses these issues. Rep said these are 2 of the biggest issues in the pending release.
After many calls and many complaints, finally found someone who can provide some useful information!! Too bad the rep I just spoke to knew about these issues 3-4 months ago and other reps didn't!!!
The rep said something along the lines, maybe I care more about the fascinate because I have one!
Yet another example of poor customer service and communication to customers who actually do take time to call to complain. Maybe one day Verizon will step up and take note and actually improve their customer service!
Once again, the waiting game. At least this time I didn't have to swap my phone for no reason.
