Regarding the update to S6/Edge... when will we be getting it? Your competitors are releasing it and you're still lagging behind. Not good for a company that claims to be the best. And if you're gonna answer, please no canned response with a link to a page that tells us NOTHING about the update. And also, a little honesty would also be appreciated.

I know having the latest software to gain the best device performance key. We will be happy to help. As your service provider, we can only support sending the software update when it’s available. The testing is done by Google (the owner of your device’s operating system) and the manufacturer of your phone. Testing is still being performed and once it’s completed, the software will be available for release. I hope this information helps.

Its not hard to figure out.  Verizon Wireless is only concerned about sales from the s7.

Until  sales settle down then s6  users will get there update
