Loan Not Showimg In Bill

I bought my Galaxy Note10+ from best buy using a version loan that had a $500 discount with a $200 down payment, but my account says that my device was paid off. What happened?  I don't want to get hit with some sort of fine for not paying off my loan.

I know how important it is to have your account information correct. Where are you seeing that the loan was paid in full? If you log into your My Verizon do you see monthly payments under your device?

It's not that I see the lon payed it full, I don't see any loan at all.  When I go into bill I only see $107.03 for the monthy payment + activation charge.  When I go to devices/pay off my device I see "You currently have no device agreements, so you have no devices to pay off." but I disticly remember signing a contract when I bought the device to pay it off.

That is certainly odd. Do you still have your receipt from Best Buy? This should show if your phone was purchased with Device Payments.

I see the device agreement listed in that image of 16.66 -- roughly $400 over 2 years financed after you put $200 down.

If you don't see the agreement on the individual line, look at the top of the bill summary and see if it's there by mistake. On rare occasions a device payment will be on the account level instead of the line level.

MortalWombat, we hope you are enjoying your new device! Making sure your monthly device payment is being displayed correctly on your bill is important. @Tigerstep has pointed out some great details about the BestBuy receipt that you have shared. The monthly payment on your receipt of $16.66 should be the amount that is listed on your bill. We would like the opportunity to take a closer look at the details. We have sent you a Private Message. Can you please respond to that message? Thank you.

Could it be possible you purchased it with a new Best Buy Credit card? The receipt should provide some clarification on how the phone was purchased.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
