I have an S7 phone and for the past two days it sees every local number as an international one. Has anyone else been having this problem? It's also been out of control and won't let me use mobile data. It won't even register IF I have mobile data available.

I'm sorry you are having this issue. We are here to help. What zip code are you in? Have you recently changed Sim cards? Have you reset your device?-Joe

I'm in 53704. I haven't changed SIM cards, I've lived here for a year now and NEVER had this problem until the past couple weeks. I can make calls to other states and the notification doesn't show up. It's only for Madison, WI that the alert shows up and asks me "do you still want to call this number?"

Someone else was reporting the same thing, that local calls were showing up as international. No idea what's wrong with the system, but I would avoid making any calls which are being flagged as international for the time being because you'll get billed for an international call too due to whatever glitch this is. Ugh.
P.S. - You have a pretty old phone; maybe it's not quite compatible with whatever software updates are out there now which may or may not be contributing to the "international" call problem.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
