Somehow the location on my S7 turns itself off by itself. I find out about it at the most inopportune times. I've checked everywhere I can find, in the settings, but have been unable to locate any settings that would cause this
if you're using battery saver, it turns off gps when batt is low.
Because it uses so much battery, I keep my GPS turned off unless I need it.

I keep mine on and I don't notice a battery drain.

We want to make sure your device is working for you. Where you able to locate why your device was turning off your location services? Is it still going on? If so, have any applications been installed recently? Has there been any updates? Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
