I tried Double Twist since it was free, but it had a couple limitations that I can't remember off the top of my head. Somebody told me about iSyncr, which was a couple bucks but it's awesome!. Downloads directly from my iTunes, inlcluding playlists. I use the default player on the phone. The iSyncr app also has a great tutorial, very easy to use.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Have you tried Double Twist?
Does it use iTunes as the app on the workstation? I was looking for something that would hook into the default music player on the Android. I am not sure if that is possible or not....

I just use windows media player. I know it won't help with the movies part though...
It also will not sync the playlist to the device from what I have seen...

I grabbed the iSyncr Lite version, and it seems to work fine and it uses the default player on the phone. I am not crazy about having to use iTunes for the workstation piece, but it will help my wife use it as she is used to iTunes, and something else would confuse her. I am about ready to buy the paid version of iSyncr and iSyncr WiFi so I can sync wirelessly rather than having to connect it. I grabbed the Lite version of that also and it works great.
Thanks KYBlueDad....
