Loosing calls, texts and mobile data connection

I recently purchased a new unlocked Samsung A54 5G from Amazon. I keep having an issue with consistently loosing calls, texts and mobile data connection while in my office at work.  I  have had the sim card replaced and reset my connection so I am wanting to know if this is just a hardware issue with my new phone so I can return it with in the allotted time or if there is anything I can do to remedy the situation other that what I have tried already. When the connection is good everything works great.

Thank you for reaching out. No, I did not experience service issues prior to obtaining your Samsung A54 5G device?  The service issue is mainly in one location while I am in my office at work.

Also, to add, I have noticed when I am dropping  connection it has the network status suspended.

Thanks for the update. From the information provided, it sounds like your phone is not picking up the best service from your office since it is working in other areas. Can you elaborate on your most recent message? What is happening when the network status is suspended?

I mistyped on that last message. I should have said my Mobile Network State says suspended. My question now is should still be able to access Mobile data, call and texts even if my office is a deadspot for 4G or 5G?
