Although Verizon doesn't offer a service that pings phones to locate them, there are available options to help our customers locate their device that's been reported lost or stolen as long as the device remains powered on. You can view these options at http://spr.ly/660411ArY. The Samsung Corporation also offers a way to help locate their devices with their Find My Mobile option. You can view information about this at http://spr.ly/660511Arl. I'm confident that these options will assist you. If you're unable to locate your device using the options provided in the website link, you have the option to place your device on Verizon's lost/stolen suspension program to protect it from unauthorized use. However, please note should you decide to place a device that's reported lost or stolen on temporary suspension, this will prevent the device from being tracked when using its device location option. To view additional information about Verizon's suspension program please visit our website at http://spr.ly/660611Arm; -  RobertC_VZW
