Situation:
only one of my contacts is not receiving my messages when I send a photo or attachment via messages. when I send, a regular text, it goes through. But if I send a photo attachment, then I get the error "message not sent: invalid destination address". this only happens with this one contact. no one else.
additional info:
- Contact is an iPhone user, on the Verizon network
- I'm a Galaxy user, on the Verizon network
I have yet to find a solution to this issue.

We want to make sure you're able to send texts to that contact without any issues. Are you able to receive text messages and picture messages from that contact? What messaging app are you using?

I am able to receive texts. I have not asked them to send me a picture, so I dont know if they can.
I am was using samsung's native app for messages, but then recently moved over to google messages thinking it would solve the issue. it did not.

Thank you for those additional details, MrKay. As you are not having this issue across all contacts this would eliminate any kind of network problem. I recommend connecting with Google as it seems to be an error in the messaging app. google.com/support. Please let them know what you have told us here in that it is just the one contact.

Are you using Verizon's Messages+ app, or some other messaging app? Messages+ is getting shut down in June (3 months) and there's already all sorts of strangeness going on with it.

I'm going to say it is something with the iPhone user's settings.
