Upgraded to this phone a few weeks ago. Successfully transferred messages from older phone.
Message+ will successfully receive texts with or without photos. Will send text messages without photos okay, but not if a photo is attached,
Digging in, I noticed that the texts w/ photos would send successfully if Wi-Fi was turned off. I've experimented with the Intelligent Wi-Fi settings, but no consistent results.
Please help!
Galaxy S23 FE
Android Version 14
One UI Version 6.0
Message+ Version 9.4.10

Please check the devices APN settings under Settings - Connections - Mobile Network - Access Point Names.
Be sure that the APN is listed. If it is not, click the overflow menu (three dots at top right) and click add.
PS: if you research Verizon APN or even download APN Alter from the Galaxy store, you can have the app automatically add them for you. You'll open the app and look for Verizon on the list.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I checked - the Verizon APN is the only one listed, and it is selected.

We're sorry to read that you're having issues with sending picture messages. Do you have any other messaging apps installed on your device? ~Peter

Thanks, Peter.
Yes, the default "Messages" app from Samsung is loaded, but not being used. I disabled it (unable to delete it).
No change. Attempt to send a photo fails if Wi-Fi is on. Turn off Wi-Fi and the same photo goes through successfully.

Thanks for those additional details. Is your device software up to date? If so, does the issue persist when using the phone in Safe Mode: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-305876/?

All software is up to date. Problem persisted in Safe Mode.
Went back into Apps and found another Messages app running (no idea who the author/vendor is). Disabled it (unable to completely delete it).
Problem solved!
Wonder why there are two installed Message apps, both apparently from Samsung as they couldn't be deleted, in addition to the Verizon app?!? Apparently there was some sort of conflict.
Thanks to all who weighed in.
