My husband and I have been having a problem sending text messages between us. We can send and receive messages from/to anyone else. When we try to text each other the messages take over a minute to send. Spoke to tech support, they advised my husband needed a new SIM card. Replaced the SIM card in his phone but didn't fix the issue. Walked through all the steps of resetting the phone with the rep at the store and she couldn't figure it out. We left with no solution.
Now I can't send pictures to ANYONE and the texts are still taking forever to send.
I pay a ton of money to Verizon and this is ridiculous that we walked away from the store with no solution. Our phones are only like a year old!

Thanks Joe. I responded, tried to respond to a different message from Customer Service and received an error stating I reached the maximum number of private messages?
