Mobile hot spot

Got a Samsung S22 and can not get my phone to show up as a hot spot choice on my HP Envy computer. Worked on two  other phones but mine never showed up. Any ideas?

The agents will send you a private message.  To see your private messages, click on the envelope at the top right corner of the page.  If you have a private message, there will be a number on the envelope.
