Mobile hotspot

What do I do with the hotspot when it says my mobile number is not found if I try to turn it on like my account and everything works fine and my number is fine but when I try to turn on mobile hotspot it just says mobile number isnt found

Did you just put your Verizon SIM card in today?  I had that problem when i first installed mine.  I called Verizon about it but they couldn't find an answer but told me they'd keep working on it.  They never got back to me but several hours later my hotspot started working.  Either they fixed the problem or it just took time for my number to work it's way through the system.
