Muffled Calles

Hi,

I just moved to Charleston, SC. I have recently started to have issues with my phone calls. I will have full cellular bars and my calls will drop or sound muffled. I moved 3 months ago and this has only started happening within the past month. I am not sure if it is an issue with where I live or if it is with my phone. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Please tell us, does this happen only in one specific location? What is your zip code? To clarify, do you experience this issue both indoors and outdoors?

Hi Izzy, 

Thank you for reaching out. This issue happens all over my apartment. I will move to different locations to try to make it better (ex. the balcony, living room, etc). Sometimes this helps and other times it makes it worse. Sometimes I will have 15 minutes with no interruptions and other times my calls will only last 10 seconds before it becomes muffled. My area code is 29412. I am also experiencing the issue in the 29907 zip code as well.
