ey all, sry for the subject, but im mad. So Here's Story, sry if theres mis-spells or grammer issues, i got a bad keyboard. so got a samsung facinate, i got the updates that i was told to take that "WOULD FIX ALL MY PROBLEMS". now im currently on hardware version I500.4, Firmware Version 2.2.1. i checked for updates, there were none available. ive had to deal with terrible battery life, crappy touchwiz ui, cant make the search google, ON A GOOGLE OS!. bad battery life, and calls that dont go thru, now being the seasoned android enthusiat i am, i Tried everything. hard resets, updates, setting changes, the lot. then, then u call verizon, mind you i pay them upwards of $130 a month, plus i have 2 fios accts, at about $160 each. so thats roughly $360 of my hard earned money, going right out the door every month. but the fios service is good, so i wont complain there. so i call vz wireless, with the problems im having, including the phone slipping into airplane mode all by itself. they look and say its more then a month old, they say they cant do anything. they say there is known issues with the facinate, but they wouldnt do anything. so im this close to cancelling, ive got bad service in my house, they wont help me out with a free or decently discounted home extender. so i hope someone reads this and takes action before i have another nervous breakdown. and cancel. u make good money off me, please help me out?

Factory reset. If not fixed get a replacement device.
Per your contract you don't get service inside ant building.
