I've been paying for 2 years on my phone. It stops working on my last payment. Now I pay another $200. to get a replacement. I've been a customer for a long time. I pay my bill early every month. I feel Verizon has let me down in a bad way. If I don't get some kind of reimbursement or credit I will change to another carrier.
