Since the update, my phone has not been able to send texts either! If it does send a text, it takes a over a few minutes. Also, I get other's people text about an hour late. I need to undo the update! Please help!
You can't take the update off. If you have a Best Buy in your area, you can speak to a Samsung rep, and they should be able install the update again and maybe fix some of the issues.
