Necessary exchange of mobile device due to mis information

I am requesting a device change back to an iPhone 14 Pro or to an iPhone at least since I am having a really bad time with an android device that is not performing as I told. For instant it can’t connect to Apple Watch. The battery doesn’t last as long as described. I was busy with working 70 hours a week and working on trying to move back down to Arizona so I couldn’t go back to Verizon to get my phone changed back to an iPhone. All I need is to get back to an iPhone so I can do my normal work and get back to my life. I was also told I can make this change happen and it has only been a couple payments I have made on this device. I need serious help to get back to normal.
