Folks, one of our phones died (coincidentally, at the store) yesterday before the CSR had a chance to migrate text messages across to the new device. How do I reach that particular arm of Verizon support to get them to restore the text messages from their cloud servers? So far, the digital and live chat assistants have been useless. Please advise and thanks.
