I have a Samsung Galaxy A53 model number SM-A536V. It is locked to verizon Network and i want to use another carrier, and i can't get a representee to get the lock removed, they've said after 2 months it would be removed and this phone is way past the 2 month mark.
Verizon Rep's keep giving me the run-a-round. I have been to 2 different Verizon Stores to get help. They dont have anyway to fix it. I have Chatted and emailed Verizon over 10 times in the past 2 months to get someone to help unlock this phone they Claim it's unlocked, But it is not. The phone is Locked to Verizon Network . Tried resetting network settings, Rebooting, different Sim Cards.. I get the error, " Sorry your device can't be activated on another carriers network. Please call verizon at ********** or for prepaid call *****.
Any help would from verizon services would be great.
