I ordered Samsung earbuds in October of last year and I still dont have my order. I have spoken with countless representatives who all promised to get to the bottom of it and NOTHING ever happens. I am so extremely disappointed with Verizon. I switched providers after being with my last one for over 15 years......really regret my decision. We have a new business and I was going to purchase business phones through verizon but not anymore.....cant afford for something like this to happen.
