New Samsung 24+

After 6 reps trying to troubleshoot, I've lost years of my life. MANY HOURS too. I am without cellular service now due to their 'Help' over 2 days now. Dread having to go to VZ store, as not confident they won't steal more of my time and life. Replacement phone & SIM hardly a prize. All the work I put into this only 2 month old Samsung 24+. And who will replace the screen protector tor that I paid $30 for? I am a Verizon retiree. They could have allowed my tab to gain the esim access. Terrible. Support needs much improvement.
