New Samsung Galaxy Tab A will not allow online bank deposits since it upgraded the OS 4 months ago, I purchesed it so I could make online deposits, it worked 1 month then the upgrade and since then NOTHING!
The Bank said I would have to BUY A NEW PHONE OR TABLET even though this one is NEW..
I'm ready to junk all of my Verizon phones and now the Tab A!
Ridiculous that Verizon sells something thats out of date after 1 month!
We understand it is important to be able to use your apps as they are meant to be used, IT-LOU.
This seems more like a direct issue with the application itself, not with the tablet or the software update. What banking application are you using? Is the app up to date as well?
