Bsean12, thrilled you've joined the VZ family! If you still need up with the My Verizon app, first you do need to register for My Verizon itself. I recommend doing that via our website just as I find that easier. I've got the steps on how to register right here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-17492/
Just follow those instructions and you can get register and once done with that, sign-in easily to the My Verizon app! Enjoy your new phone, and welcome to Verizon ๐
