I just became a verizon customer yesterday. I needed to make sure I had a phone that has signal where I work. With my previous phone company I had upgraded my phone in April 2021, and I love my upgrade from them but it wasn't compatible for BYOD. So I decided in order to get my money back that I would upgrade and trade in my old one....BIG MISTAKE. I "upgraded" to the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G from a Galaxy S20 FE 5G and I'm so disappointed. The screen is so much smaller and the battery isn't lasting at all. I charged the phone and while trying to set up another line it used 35% of my battery life in about 30 minutes. This is ridiculous and I don't think I can return it due to using my old phone as trade in. I'm really frustrated and don't know what to do!

We definitely want to make sure that you have a device that performs the way you need it to, Tgormley. Do you still have the original packaging for the Galaxy S21 5G?
