I just bought a Galaxy Nexus and wondering if anyone else has battery issues. I turned the phone on with full charge yesterday morning and 7 hrs. later it warned me I had a low battery. I was online for maybe 20 minutes total,I made 2 calls and used Google World for 15 min.. Is this what I can expect for battery life? If so the phone is going back.

Did you bother charging it at all? I get great battery life, but it's always dependant on how you have your phone set up.

Not sure if you can see those, but that's what I get.

I will say your signal level is much better than mine. I rarely get the green (excellent/good) in the phone signal line for that length of time. (Now I'm jealous.)
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Well the poor thing lives in Hawaii.....so unless he's on a sail boat away from the island.....he should have a good signal, LOL. So Tidbitts, how far from shore can you get before the signal drops?

No idea. I can't bring my phone out that far. Certain aspects of my job requires security where any type of camera is not allowed among other things as well.
The reason why Verizon has great coverage here is due to the GTE purchase. They had cell towers up in prime locations prior to changes in the law that made it difficult carriers to put up towers. I think any carrier that bought them would be the best on the islands. For what it is worth though. We do have a few dead zones with Verizon, but all carriers are on the same boat(have to bring a long range radio to those locations).
