I cannot 5 g on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+5 G. Verizon placed new SIM card 5G but still I cannot get 5G in the areas with 5 G coverage. Any other individuals who have the same problem?

ZigB, to clarify, the Galaxy Note 10+5G is UWB (Ultra Wideband 5G) compatible, but is not compatible with the frequencies for Nationwide 5G. While there are a growing number of locations offering UWB 5G, this is not available everywhere.

I don't even get UWB. They mailed a new phone to me. Verizon said that my antena is unable to receive signal.

I know it has been a couple days. I wanted to follow up. Did a new phone help? AmberF_VZW

I'm getting ready to take Verizon to small claims court here in KS. This phone is a case of false advertising. I don't care if it's 5G UW or 5G Nationwide, when I power up the phone it says 5G, not 5G UW. I owe 583.00 on a device that has gotten 5G UW only 4-5 times since I owned it, 4 times in a Verizon store and once near the T-Mobile campus in Leawood KS. They don't want to take accountability for thier mess -up by having a modem in the phone that supports only their limited 5G UW network. I've been Verizon for 20 years and I can tell you, their CS has gone way downhill.
