As of Dec 9,2023. After a software update. Both of our phones no longer get 5G service. I've tried no less than 5x dealing with Samsung and I have gotten nowhere with them. But they are so very quick to sell you a New phone. No, I spent 1200 on this phone and it should last longer than 3 years.
To me, it seems very suspicious that this update too out my 5G service and after today talk again. It can take up to 6 months for them to come out with a patch.
How would you like it if your oaying for a full tank of gas and only getting a half of tank usage out of it.
Sad. Samsung blames Verizon and Verizon blames Samsung. So as the peon consumer, we get the shaft!!
