Where to begin. I purchased and unlocked Samung Flip 5 and I have no video calling feature from Verizon but they say I pay for it but do not tell you it is a branding feature that they don't give you unless you buy from then so I ask why am I paying for this feature every month but can not use it. For 4 days theu ran me around sending me here there and still not saying the obvious I been with verizon for 14 years and thinking about taking my 9 lines to another carrier unless I get this fixed.
