For the past month we have had such terrible service at your residence. I purchased 2 S71s this year as I was told that the 5G would help to bring all signals in better. I live in Saxonburg, PA and there is no 5G. I now have the same problem...NO SERVICE Sometimes people can not even leave voicemail. I do not understand what exactly is going on with Verizon. I have done all of the turn off / reset/ undated...Nothing works. PLEASE VERIZON... Get it straightened out. This is an ongoing problem.
