No more 4g LTE all i get is 1x

I am now all of the sudden getting 1x for service in my Apt I had been getting 4g LTE. I left sprint because of this problem am I now not going to have service in my Apt again!!!???

both services are probably using the same tower.

• Interference
• Foliage
• Construction
• Population changes
• Cell site changes (e.g., tower relocation, antenna alignment, power adjustment, etc.)
